The SIG MPX commonly spawns in weapon crates around each map, unfortunately, raiders don't spawn with an MPX lowering chances of finding one on maps like Lighthouse and The Lab. My advice would be to purchase the weapon directly from Peacekeeper. Remember, when buying a weapon from the flea market to check the durability, players often list their shabby 30 durability weapons they found on dead scavs at regular prices.
